Insomniac . Sleepless night.

I have been having problems with my sleeping pattern lately... and worse I can't sleep all night... Just lay down on the bed and staring at the empty ceiling and the fan.. Tried so many things and its not working either.. Am I worrying to much about my MSc project... I don't know... what I am sure now is that I can't sleep and even if I fall asleep,it would last for few minutes only... The body is tired and even the brain... but I can' sleep and have a peaceful night..
