How Fat Are You???


You're a twig! Now, you PROBABLY cheated on the quiz, but if not, you're like the healthiest person alive. You exercise, drink enough water, and eat right. Your friends are all also healthy, or they all rip on you for being a hippie vegan. Pass the mock jambalaya, please.




As a result of being sick and nothing to do equal to I am bored... so I did this quiz.. and the result come out as this.. LOL.. I am not twig... And I red0 the quiz and its still the same... Dayyem... wouldn't it be great if I am really as skinny as the twig... hahahhahahha... That would be in the nearest future I guess.. As I am on a strict weight management program (And I lose 6kg in a month.. Wanna know about the product, Do not hesitate to ask) ... This is my last resource of getting my old bod.. the gorgeous bod that I have few years back.. But that was a dream and still is a dream... I am happy the way I look now.. My friends told me that I look more alive with this bod.. and sexier.. and and and aaannnddd.. many more... But I would like to shed few extra pounds that I have in my body.. as I am getting older and this extra pounds can cause lots lots of trouble later... ie diabetes, heart attack and list go on.. But looking back at my healthy lifestyle, I don't think its gonna be a problems.. I went to a doctor every three months to check my blood pressure, the glucose level, the heart check up and many more... and they are still very-very healthy... my BP is excellent... nothing wrong with my organs... but if I look back at my family background... The potential of getting any of it are still there... So I have to be very careful... From a Coke and Nescafe lover, I've become a plain water and still nescafe lover ... From a fast food lover, I have to eat more fruits and eat more veggie.. and I am still going to the Fast Food Restaurant but not as frequent as before... but one thing that I can't change is the exercise thingy.. I don't have enough time to exercise but I walk around 2 to 3 km a day and almost everyday while doing the field work in my research site.. so I guess that can be count as my exercise regime... (Or is that cheating?????).. I do hope that nothing is going wrong with my health... I need it badly... so do everyone right???
