And It's About Food Again..

What I have been today other than my lab work.. Yes! eating my heart out.. hahahha.. another post on food. I was having a blast with my friends here. We had BBQ and karaoke session afterwards. It was fun.Lots of fun. I know that I have been doing hard work and I need to enjoy myself too. So this is one of it and this is how unwind it... I so miss my Mr. BF

Girl's Day Out-- Opppsss There's A Boy

Went out to KL today. Wanna pass Debbie her requested Postcard of Sabah and Sarawak, the one that I bought when I was on leave to Miri and Kota Kinabalu last week. So we meet up at the regular place first, KL Central lah... where else.. hehhehe.. So we meet up there and walk outside the building to take a cab to Bangsar Village. But before that we went to nearby PosLaju Counter to sent a parcel to German. A non-commercial odor samples for my supervisor in German. The cab ride was considered cheap to me cause it was just RM3.70 from KL Central area to Bangsar Village. If its in Miri, it would be RM10 or RM15 for sure. So this is considered cheap to me. And I was wondering why KLians complained so much about the taxi fare.. errmmm...

So, when we hit BAngsar Village, my first questions to Debbie is 'Is there any bookstore inside here?', since this is my first time in Bangsar Village. Mind You, even though I have been staying in Peninsula M'sia for almost a year now and Bangsar is just like 30 minutes drive from my home. So MPH is there and we went straight to MPH. Books books books... I loves books... hhehehhe.. SO I went straight to the Cookery section. I am looking at any Cupcakes books there but I found this one. This one lah... Cupcakes and Muffins Collection Edition.. and the price is just RM38.90, so its within my budget... So I bought it... hehhehe..

And then, I saw this one. The Golden Book of Cookies. I want this one also... My Mr. BF likes cookies so much.. He loves them, other than me.. See, I am competing with food to get his attention.. =) Its about RM70. I so want to buy it but I can't. I can't for the time being cause my claim is not out yet. And I don't know when. So This book have to wait. I felt so sad leaving him behind.. =( Look at some of the pages inside the book.. I so want it badly.. but I guess, it have to wait...

While waiting for Debbie Mr. BF, we walk around the Bangsar Village shops.. found a shop that we both so likes. We were drooling at that particular shop cause its the Craft Shop.. Oh I want come again from our mouth. Luckily, I stop doing book scraping now.. I was too busy to do it. If not.. errmmm ... sure I will buy everything... Here are some of the photos that I took when we were waiting for Debbie Mr. BF.. It wasn't that clear cause I took it with my Nokia 6120 Classic. My camera? well, being the most forgetful person, I left it inside my cousin car in KK.. so I have to wait for him to send it back to me...

So the Mr.BF arrived, and the three of us walk outside the building thru Bangsar Village 2.. And Debbie Mr. BF told me that there's another bookshop there.. The Borders.. OMG!.. I can't be there.. I just can't.. I'll end up staying there for few hours looking at the books.. I so Love books.... trust me.. So, walk outside we are.. And here we are at the Telawi Street Bistro. WE have our pizza for our lunch. I don't know what is the pizza name cause I was so busy drooling over the cupcakes in the new book that I bought earlier. I gotta ask Debbie what the pizza is... hehehhe.... But, the pizza was good. So yummy.. I like it so much. And we had the dessert too..Chocolate Truffle Tart and I tell you what.. Its the most delicious dessert so far that I had from their cafe. They have 3 different shop/cafe ; La Bodega , Telawi Street Bistro and The Lounge. We haven't been to the Lounge yet. We will someday.. Hint Hint.. It was like... ermmm... maybe almost orgasm... Hahahha...

After lunch, we sit there for a while cause we were so full.. and I don't think I can walk.. Hahahha... Seriously, we always so full everytime we eat there..This is my second time and I am looking forward for the next meet up.. The food so yummy an d fantastic.. No wonder I gain so much weight here. I ate to many foods... hehhehe.. but they are delicious... =). Then we decided to go to The Lounge, to have a look but we can't cause there's a private function there. SO Next time it is. Then we decided to go to Bangsar Shopping Complex by taxi. And still the fare is below RM5. Still cheap. We go around cause Debbie wanted to look for her Craft shop there.. and we found it. And I found a Game Shop. And I bought A PSP Game DVD . I want the Worms Games in the DVD.. hehehhe.... I am so happy to get it... And then, the owner son got a iguana. SO played with it for a while. Took photos... hehehe.. well, being an animal lovers.. I can't control myself... hehhehe... And I found the Dragonfly sign somewhere inside the Complex too.. I like it cause I like Dragonfly and Damselfly...


Overall, I enjoy the day out with both Debbie and Colin... They both a very sporting people who is willing to entertain me... Thanks for the company and the foods.... till next time then

A Small Reunion..

I went up to KL to meet up with an old friends.. very old one.. I knew them back in KML... we were a group of girls who likes to have fun.. a real fun... So I met up with Amus and Ina today... we talk and talk and talk... its just that we cant stop talking.. there's so much to tell but there's not enough time... I guess we misses those time that we left behind... We always had this things, a weekly truth and dare game in the beach.. and we will dare people to tell the truth.. or the sharing thingy.. we shared our feelings with each other... we were like a sisters... There's 7 of us that time, Me, Amus, Ina, Amie, Ryan and 2 more girls that I cant remember their names... its been more than 8 years... Each of us have their own strength and weaknesses.. but we manage cause we were there to support each other.. thru happiness and sadness... I guess when all of us went to the U, the friendship drift apart... and i don't know why... each and every night I have been wondering.. and it seems that I don't have the right answers to that.. but I know that back than, it was difficult to contact each other.. we don't even have handphone like now... no friendster.. no myspace... no facebook... so we are mending the broken chains... I hope sooooo...

So today, I met up with Amus at the Bandar Tasik Selatan KTM and we head to Midvalley. HAd lunch at Domino's and the we went straight to The Gardens.. the new shopping mall next to Midvalley.. we went around waiting for Ina to pick us up. And when Ina arrived, we went to One Utama, Damanasara. Going around like a teenage kids. And we found a nice belt for Amus but she decided not to buy it... and then we listen to an orchestra for a while before heade to Amcorp Mal. Amus wanted to buy a TV series DVD of Desperate Housewives and turn out that they run out of stock. so we had dinner at Sri Suria and headed back home. Its very tiring though.... but I had fun with them. Here are some of the photos...
